Thirdcoastorganics.com offers free FedEx shipping on qualified orders. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. These options are not available for collegiate coolers. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. FedEx expedited options may not be available in all areas.

Thirdcoastorganics.com and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2018. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your THIRDCOASTORGANICS.COM. products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

You can return your item(s) purchased from Thirdcoastorganics.com for up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. THIRDCOASTORGANICS.COM. does not offer store credit or gift cards. THIRDCOASTORGANICS.COM. does not accept returns on items purchased outside of Thirdcoastorganics.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of Thirdcoastorganics.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging.
